Posting of Report and Accounts & Notice of AGM

Further to the announcement of its preliminary results on 16 May 2013, Starcom (AIM: STAR), which specialises in the development of wireless solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and protection of a variety of assets and people, confirms that the audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 has today been posted to shareholders. Accompanying the report and accounts is a notice convening the first annual general meeting of the Company, to be held on 22 July 2013 at 11am at the offices of Northland Capital Partners Limited, 60 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7BB. A copy of the report and accounts, together with the notice of annual general meeting, is also available to download from Starcom's website, www.starcomplc.com.
