BBA Group PLC31 October 2006 For immediate release 31 October 2006 BBA Group plc Posting of BBA Circular and Fiberweb Prospectus On 24 October 2006, BBA Group plc ("BBA") announced details of the proposeddemerger of Fiberweb plc ("Fiberweb") (the "Demerger") and admission of Fiberwebshares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities ("Admission"). BBA ispleased to announce that it is posting a circular and prospectus to itsshareholders regarding the Demerger, Admission, share capital consolidation andnew employee share plans. Copies of the BBA circular and Fiberweb prospectus issued to BBA shareholders inconnection with the Demerger and Admission have been submitted to the UK ListingAuthority and will be available shortly for inspection at the UK ListingAuthority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the FinancialServices Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS, duringnormal business hours on any weekday (public holidays excepted). BBA also announces the resignation of Richard Stillwell as a Non-ExecutiveDirector of BBA which took effect from the close of business on 31 October 2006.On 31 August 2006, BBA announced that it was intended that Richard Stillwellwould transfer to the board of Fiberweb from the BBA Board. Richard wasappointed as a non-executive director of Fiberweb in August 2006 and hisresignation today sees the completion of his transfer from the BBA Board to theFiberweb Board.
