Further to the announcement of yesterday, the Company is pleased to confirm that it has now posted a circular (the "Circular") to Qualifying Shareholders convening a General Meeting (a "GM") regarding an Open Offer and Share Consolidation. The Circular is now available on the Company's website at www.polemos.co.uk. The GM will be held at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, the Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW at 11.00am on 11 May 2018.
