Posting of Interim Report,Notice of EGM and Related Documents

Elephant Capital (AIM: ECAP) announces that copies of the following documents have been posted to Shareholders today:

· Elephant Capital's interim report for the six months ended 28 February 2014;

· the notice convening an extraordinary general meeting for 11.00 a.m. on 20 June 2014 at Clinch's House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM99 1RZ, (the "EGM") at which an ordinary resolution will be proposed to renew Elephant Capital's general authority to buy-back shares through the market;

· a form of proxy for use at the EGM; and

· the announcement regarding Elephant Capital's proposed share buy-back programme released on 30 May 2014.
