Posting of Interim Report and Notice of AGM

PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc, an investment company established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries, announces that copies of its interim report for the period ended 30 June 2016 (the "Interim Report") were today posted to shareholders together with a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on 14 October 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (UK time).
