Posting of Interim Report and Notice of AGM

The Interim Report of the Company for the six months ended 31 December 2015 has been posted to shareholders today together with notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on 19 May 2016 at 3:00 p.m. (UK time).
