Further to the announcement made on 19 February 2008, the Company announces that it has posted a circular to its shareholders in connection with the proposed acquisition of Autogen Bioclear UK Limited.
The General Meeting of the Company to approve the acquisition will be held at 10.00am on Monday 10 March 2008 at the Company's registered office at 1 Orchard Place, Nottingham Business Park, Nottingham NG8 6PX.
A copy of the circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility and will shortly be available for inspection at:
