Bayfield Energy Holdings plc, an independent oil and gas exploration and production group with key assets in Trinidad and Tobago, announces that it has today posted to shareholders copies of the Report and Accounts together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA on 2 July 2012 at 9.30 a.m.
