Proposed acquisition of Occam and Amendments to the limit on share incentives

Liontrust Asset Management PLC announces that a circular to shareholders in relation to the proposed acquisition of the fund management business of Occam Investment Management (Malta) Limited, Occam Asset Management LLP and Occam Investment Services Limited, together with notice of a general meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 29 September 2011 for the purpose of approving the proposals, has been posted to shareholders.

A circular to shareholders in relation to an amendment to the limits on share incentives, together with notice of a general meeting to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 29 September 2011 for the purpose of approving the amendments, has also been posted to shareholders.

Copies of the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
