Posting of circular re proposed sale of property

Further to the announcement dated 3 August 2010 detailing the proposed disposal of Beauchief Hall, the Company is posting today a circular to Shareholders convening a General Meeting to approve the proposed disposal.

The General Meeting is scheduled for 12.00 noon on 15 October 2010 and will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU.

A copy of the circular has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at
