Maistro Plc (AIM: MAIS) (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement on 26 November 2018 relating to the Open Offer of up to 25,000,000 new ordinary shares to raise up to £250,000 (before expenses), the Company will today post to Qualifying Shareholders the Circular which sets out the terms of the Open Offer and how to apply for Open Offer Shares.

It is expected that Admission will take place on 17 December 2018.

The Circular will be available on the Company's website at https://www.maistro.com/investors.
