POSTING OF CIRCULAR

Global Energy Development PLC, the South America focused petroleum production and development company (AIM: GED) with operations in Colombia, announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders including a Notice of General Meeting (the "Circular") relating to the proposed disposal of the Company's Llanos Basin properties as announced on 14 October. The General Meeting will be held on 17 November 2014 at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ.
