Posting of Circular

Lamprell (ticker: LAM), a leading provider of diversified fabrication, engineering and contracting services to the global energy industries, has today posted a circular to its shareholders (the "Circular") containing details of the proposed joint venture relating to the Maritime Yard within the King Salman International Complex for Maritime Industries & Services.

The Circular contains a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting of the Company's shareholders to be held at 7th Floor, Jumeirah Emirates Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates at 10.00 a.m. (UAE time) on 26 June 2017.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

In addition, the Circular will be available to view on the Company's website (www.Lamprell.com), and will be available for inspection at Lamprell's registered office during usual business hours on any weekday (Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays in the United Arab Emirates excepted).
