Posting of circular to shareholders
The Company is today posting to shareholders a circular proposing a reduction of capital to create distributable reserves through the cancellation of its share premium account and certain amendments to its articles of association. The proposals are subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting which has been convened for 3.00pm at 10 Lower Grosvenor Place London SW1W 0EN on 26 March 2009.
