Further to the announcement earlier this morning regarding CHT's proposed Placing and Subscription to raise £30 million at 160 pence per share and conditional Acquisition of MDRX, the Company is pleased to confirm that a circular to Shareholders in relation to these proposals has been posted to Shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website (http://www.constellationhealthgroup.com) for the purposes of the AIM Rules.

Capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning given to them as defined in the Company's circular dated 11 December 2015 unless the context otherwise requires.
