Posting of documents in relation to the Conditional Placing and Open Offer
CloudCall Group plc (AIM: CALL), a leading cloud-based software business that integrates communications technology with Customer Relationship Management platforms, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcements made on 30 September 2019 (the "Fundraising Announcements"), it has today posted a copy of the Circular, the Notice of General Meeting and associated Form of Proxy to shareholders.
The General Meeting will take place at 11.00 a.m. (UK) on 21 October 2019 at 1 Colton Square, Leicester, LE1 1QH.
The above documents will shortly be available on the Company's website.
The Company has today also posted to Qualifying Shareholders entitled to participate in the Open Offer receive an Application Form setting out their Basic Entitlements.
Terms and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Fundraising Announcements unless otherwise stated.
