Further to the Company's announcement of 4 November 2015 regarding the acquisition of Wincanton Records Management and proposed placing to raise £34 million, Restore announces that it has today posted to shareholders an explanatory circular detailing the transaction, together with the notice of general meeting to be held at 4.30pm at 66 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JL, on 7 December 2015.
