Hummingbird, the gold exploration and development company, announces that it has posted a circular (the "Circular") to its shareholders containing details of the resolutions proposed in connection with the acquisition of all of Gold Fields' mining and exploration interests in Mali announced on 12 June 2014

The Circular contains a notice convening a general meeting of shareholders to be held at 11am on 1 July at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD.
