Midatech Pharma (AIM: MTPH, Nasdaq: MTP), the R&D company focused on delivering innovative oncology and rare disease products to patients, confirms that following the Result of Placing announcement on 4 February 2019 a circular has been posted to shareholders ahead of the General Meeting. The General Meeting will be held at 9 a.m. on 25 February 2019 at the offices of Panmure Gordon, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
