Posting of Circular to Shareholders and Notice of General Meeting ("GM")

The board of directors of CAM (the "Board"), announces that, following the announcement of 24 June 2010, which included details of the terms of the proposed related party disposal of CAM's subsidiary companies to Crosby Capital Limited ("CCL") (the "Proposed Disposal"), a circular (the "Circular") providing further information on the Proposed Disposal has today been posted to the Company's shareholders, together with a notice convening the GM.

The GM will take place at the offices of Strand Hanson Limited at 26 Mount Row, London, W1K 3SQ on 25 August 2010 at 10.00 a.m.

As set out in the Circular, the Board will issue a further announcement when CCL's Extraordinary General Meeting date is confirmed.
