Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, announces that further to the announcement on 24 March 2016, a shareholder circular (the "Circular") and a Notice of General Meeting has been posted to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Financing of up to £5.75 million and Rule 9 waiver (all of which remain subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held on 26 April 2016) and will be available on the Company's website at www.cloudbuy.com.
The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Steptoe & Johnson 13th Floor, 5 Aldermanbury Square, London, EC2V 7HR.
