Market Tech confirms that a circular to shareholders ("Circular") and a form of proxy ("Form of Proxy") in relation to the general meeting of the Company ("Extraordinary General Meeting") to be convened in connection with the placing announced on 9 July 2015 have today been posted to shareholders. The Circular contains the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting, which is to be held at 11.30 a.m. on 30 July 2015 at Carey House, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4BZ.
