The Company is today posting to shareholders a circular proposing an amendment to the rules of the Capital & Regional plc 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").The proposal is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting which has been convened for 2.00pm at the Rubens Hotel, 39 - 43 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0PS on 8 June 2010.
