Circle Oil Plc (AIM: COP), the international oil and gas exploration, development and production company, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 have today been posted to shareholders.

The formal Notice of Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 12 noon on 5 September 2014 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4, along with the agenda and proxy will be posted at a later date.
