Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of medical grade collagen components for use in regenerative medicine, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 ("2015 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders on 29 July 2015.

The AGM is to be held at 10am on 24 August 2015 at the offices of Shepherd and Wedderbum LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB.
