The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2015 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website http://www.ecocityvehicles.co.uk/.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of K&L Gates LLP, 5th Floor, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF on 11 July 2016 at 10.00 a.m.
