 EIH announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("Annual Report") together with a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting and associated documents ("Notice of AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The Company also announces that its annual general meeting will be held at the Company's registered office at Fort Anne, Douglas, Isle of Man on 25th July 2016 at 10.00am.
