The following amendment has been made to the ' Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM' announcement released on 28 March 2013 at 7:01am under RNS No 0790B.
The AGM is to be held at 11:00am on 26 April 2013 and not at 11:00am on 26 April 2012.
All other details remain unchanged.

Stadium Group plc, the AIM listed provider of electronic technologies, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 ("2012 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 28 March 2013.
The AGM is to be held at 11:00am on 26 April 2013 at the offices of Nplus1 Singer Advisory LLP, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
