Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

 Proposed change of name to Flowgroup plc

Energetix Group plc, (AIM: EGX), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy products, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 ("2012 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders today.

The AGM will be held at Castlefield House, Liverpool Road, Castlefield, Manchester, M3 4SB on Monday 17 June 2013 at Noon.

At the AGM the Board will seek authority to change the name of the Company to Flowgroup plc. This will align the Company under the new Flow brand, which has growing recognition in the marketplace and is already used for both Flow Energy and Flow Products. A unified brand prefigures and underpins the planned convergence of the energy and products businesses into one strong integrated energy services business.

Assuming the change of name is approved, share certificates in the name Energetix Group plc will remain valid but certificates issued on the subsequent transfer of shares or the new issue of shares following the change of name will be in the name Flowgroup plc.

It is expected that the Company will trade under the AIM symbol FLOW.L
