Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Pinewood Shepperton plc (the "Company"), a leading provider of services to the global film and television industry, today announces that it has posted its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014, a Notice of Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy to all shareholders.

A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be also published on the Company's website today http://www.pinewoodgroup.com/investor-relations.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 September 2014 at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL at 10.30 am.
