Enteq Upstream plc, the oil and gas field services company, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the period 5 April 2011 to 31 March 2012 has been posted to shareholders of the Company.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company has also been posted to shareholders of the Company. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Investec Bank plc at 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP on 12 September 2012 at 12.30 pm.
