Falkland Islands Holdings plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 has today been posted to shareholders of the Company and that copies are available for download from the Company's website at www.fihplc.com 

FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday 4 September 2014 at the London offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD. The Notice of AGM and form of proxy to accompany the annual report has been sent to shareholders today.
