Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Filta Group Holdings plc (AIM: FLTA), a provider of fryer management and other services to commercial kitchens, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have today been posted to shareholders.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held on 14 July 2020, commencing at 11.00 am, at The Locks, Hillmorton, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 4PP. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions on non-essential gatherings, Shareholders are advised not to attend the meeting and to submit their votes in advance by proxy. The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been sent to shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications. All shareholders will receive a personalised Form of Proxy. Copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available on the Company's website at www.FiltaPlc.com.
