Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Falkland Islands Holdings plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 has today been posted to shareholders of the Company and that copies are available for download from the Company's website at www.fihplc.com
FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 2:30 p.m on Tuesday 20 August 2013 at the offices of FTI Consulting, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB. The Notice of AGM and form of proxy to accompany the annual report has been sent to shareholders today.
