Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Fox Marble, the AIM listed company focused on marble quarrying in Kosovo, confirms that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy.
The Annual Report, the Notice and related documents are available on Fox Marble's website and can be downloaded from: www.foxmarble.net.
The AGM will be held at 9.00am on 13 May 2014 at Nabarro LLP, Lacon House, 84 Theobald's Road, London, WC1 8RW.
