Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
John Lewis of Hungerford Plc announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2014 and the notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at the Donnington Grove Hotel, Grove Road, Newbury, RG14 2LA at 4.00 p.m. on 2nd February 2015. Shareholders are advised the sole purpose of the meeting will be to transact the business set out in the notice of the AGM and that the Board intend to provide a presentation to shareholders at a later date.
