POSTING OF REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

Hansteen today announces that in accordance with rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, two copies of the documents listed below have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority:

1. Annual report & accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 ('Report and Accounts'); 

2. The circular convening the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Company (the 'AGM Circular');

3. Notice of the 2009 Annual General Meeting (which will be held at 10:30 am on 10 June 2010 at 21 Tudor Street, London EC4Y 0DJ); and

4. Proxy Form for the 2009 Annual General Meeting. 

Copies of the above documents will shortly be available for inspection during normal business hours on any weekday (public holidays excepted) at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
