Tower Resources plc (the "Company" or "Tower" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), the AIM listed oil and gas company with its focus on Africa, announces that its Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will shortly be made available on the Company's website at www.towerresources.co.uk and will be posted to those shareholders requiring a hard copy later today.

The Company's AGM will be held at 13:30 on 30 June 2022 at the Royal Society of Arts, 8 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6EZ.
