Ashington Innovation plc (LSE: ASHI; FSE: 6FW), a special purpose acquisition company, is pleased to announce that the Company has posted to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 July 2022, along with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG at 11.00am on 12 January 2024 and a Form of Proxy.
