Petards Group plc ('Petards'), the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting, to be held at the County Club, 158 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3HJ on 14 April 2016 at 11.00 a.m. were posted to shareholders on 21 March 2016.
