Impact Holdings (UK) plc. (AIM: IHUK), the specialist lender, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and accompanying Form of Proxy were posted to Shareholders earlier today.

The AGM will be held at 9.00am on Tuesday 27th September 2011 at the Company's registered office, 7500 Daresbury Park, Daresbury, Warrington WA4 4BS.
