Quadrise Fuels International plc (AIM: QFI) announces that copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2017 were posted to shareholders today (14 November 2017) together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") for 12.00 noon on Friday 8 December 2017 at 110 Rochester Row, London SW1P 1JP.
