Availability of annual report and accounts and notice of AGM
The Company confirms that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website www.pmeinfrastructure.com.
The Company confirms that its AGM is to be held at 14.30 hours BST on 17 June 2010 at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Third Floor, Britannia House, St George's Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JE.
Further to the notice sent on 26 March 2010, Warrantholders are advised, that in accordance with the terms of the Warrant instrument dated 6 July 2007, the subscription date for exercise of the Warrants for 2010 shall be Wednesday 23 June 2010 being the date 30 days after the date on which copies of the audited accounts of the Company for its then immediately preceding financial year are despatched to shareholders.

- PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc ('PME') is a company investing in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries. Its shares were admitted to AIM in July 2007 raising US$180 million.
- PME was established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries with a view to generating attractive returns, principally through capital growth. - PMEIM is a joint venture between Principle Capital Holdings S.A. (AIM: PCX.L), Unicos Partners LLP (holding company of the Helvetica Group of companies), Inwezi Capital (Pty) Limited (formerly Masazane Capital (Pty) Limited) and the interests of Richard Bouma, CEO of PMEIM.
