Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 30 June 2016 has been posted to shareholders.

The posting also contains a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on Thursday 17 November 2016 at 11.00 a.m.

Copies of the Annual Report, the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and are available for download from the Company's website www.qatarinvestmentfund.com/publications.
