Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Regal, the AIM-listed oil and gas exploration and production group (symbol: RPT), announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 was posted to shareholders yesterday.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 30 June 2015 at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, London EC2M 5SY. A Notice of Annual General Meeting was also posted yesterday to shareholders and copies of this Notice and the Annual Report and Accounts are available from the Company's website at www.regalpetroleum.com.
