Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Escher Group Holdings plc ("Escher" or the "Company"), a world-leading provider of outsourced point-of-service software to the postal industry, published its Annual Report and Accounts for 2016.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Friday 26 May 2017 at 111 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website at www.eschergroup.com. In accordance with AIM Rule 20, copies of these documents and a proxy form for the 2017 Annual General Meeting have been mailed to shareholders.
