Posting of Annual Report, Accounts and Notice of AGM

Dewhurst plc announces that notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held at 10.00 am on 16 February 2021 at Dewhurst's offices at Unit 9, Hampton Business Park, Hampton Road West, Feltham, London TW13 6DB, has been posted to shareholders.

In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic and the request by the UK Government to restrict travel to essential journeys only, Dewhurst plc has moved its AGM on 16 February 2021 to a virtual meeting online. Any shareholders that wish to attend online are asked to register by email to [email protected] as early as possible but no later than 10.00 am on 14 February 2021.

No online voting will be allowed so all shareholders will need to have cast their votes prior to the meeting via proxy as well as submit any questions for the AGM by no later than 10.00 am on 14 February 2021. The online meeting will be a meeting for shareholders to 'watch' only.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 have also been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at www.dewhurst.plc.uk.
