Notification regarding the posting of the Company’s Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Lonfin shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that, further to the preliminary announcement of unaudited results and the dividend declaration for the year ended 30th June 2017, published on 28th September 2017, (“Unaudited Preliminary Results”), the Company’s 2017 Annual Report & Accounts has been published and was posted to Shareholders on 29th September 2017. The Financial Statements contained in the 2017 Annual Report & Accounts contain no changes to the Unaudited Preliminary Results.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 5th December 2017 at 11.00 am at 6 Middle Street, London EC1A 7JA and the Notice of the AGM is included in the Annual Report & Accounts. 

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the 2017 Annual Report & Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The Unaudited Preliminary Results is also available as follows:
