Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
GB Group plc (AIM: GBG), the global identity data intelligence specialist, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to Shareholders.
Copies of both documents are now available on its investor relations website at https://www.gbgplc.com/investors/
The AGM will be held as a closed meeting at 10:00am on Monday, 10 August 2020. Due to the continued restrictions on gatherings, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the meeting in person but should any shareholder wish to dial in to the meeting (listen only functionality available), a request for the meeting details should be submitted to [email protected].
