Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

ThinkSmart Limited ("ThinkSmart" or the "Company"), a leading provider in the UK of retail point-of-sale lease finance for high-volume small-ticket electronic and commercial equipment, announces that copies of the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, including the Notice of AGM and Proxy Voting form were posted to shareholders today and are available for viewing on the Company's website www.thinksmartworld.com.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 8.30am (GMT) on Wednesday 1 November 2017 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR. A separate meeting place will be linked to the main meeting place by an audio communication system to enable members to participate in discussion at the Annual General Meeting in Australia. The separate meeting place will be at Herbert Smith Freehills, Level 36, 250 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia, 6000 on Wednesday 1 November 2017, commencing at 4.30pm (WST)
